Local Service
We offer a local collection and delivery service using our own vehicles within a 20 mile radius of Camberley in Surrey. This service includes uplift and replacement of your rugs.
National Courier Service*
We use couriers for collections and deliveries which fall outside our local area. The maximum package length for this service is 250cm. If you have a larger item please call and we can discuss other possible options. This service does not include uplift or replacement. The couriers offer a doorstep collection and delivery service only. Rugs will also need to be rolled and wrapped prior to collection. We can supply ultra heavy duty packaging to protect rugs in transit if required.
Please note: NEITHER of the above is a two person delivery service. Only one driver will attend the collection and delivery so may need to be assisted with heavy/bulky packages.
How to Package Your Rugs for Courier Collection
Rugs are covered under our insurance up to a value of £50,000 per load during transit with our vehicles, and up to £25,000 per load whilst in the care of our couriers.
* For courier collections a 20% booking fee will be required upfront to confirm all orders. Balance payments will be due prior to the return delivery.
